Privacy Policy for Arrows

Arrows Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Arrows mobile game (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information we collect
Arrows does not require an account, login, or direct submission of your name, email address, phone number, or password.
The App uses Google Firebase and Google AdMob. These services may automatically collect or receive certain technical and usage information, such as:
- device identifiers and advertising identifiers;
- IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and language settings;
- app interactions and usage information, such as screens viewed and gameplay events;
- diagnostic information, crash logs, and performance data; and
- approximate location inferred from your IP address, where provided by Google services.
How information is used
Information collected through Firebase and AdMob may be used to operate and improve the App, understand app performance and usage, diagnose and fix crashes, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud or abuse, and show advertisements.
Advertising
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers, cookies, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and improve ads. Depending on your device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can manage or reset your advertising preferences through your device settings.
Third-party services
The App uses the following Google services. Their handling of data is governed by Google’s privacy policy:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google AdMob
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Google and its service providers solely to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, security, and related services described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of users or others.
Data retention
Data collected by Firebase, Crashlytics, and AdMob is retained according to the applicable Google service settings and policies. We retain no direct user account data because Arrows does not offer accounts or logins.
Children’s privacy
Arrows is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address the concern.
Your choices
You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID through your Android device settings. You may also stop all collection by uninstalling the App.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
